Crack the Code to Being Organised!

In today's fast-paced world, many people find themselves constantly busy and perpetually short on time. Whether it's due to work, family commitments, or simply trying to squeeze in some much-needed downtime, staying on top of everything can be challenging. That's where being super organised becomes essential. Luckily, many apps are available to help you streamline your schedule, keep track of your to-do list, and make the most of every minute. In this blog post, we'll share some of the best app suggestions to help you stay organised and productive, no matter how busy your life is.

We asked our team at Digital Literacy Licence what their favourite apps are for staying organised, either personally or at work. This is what they came up with!

  • Jack & Fiona vote for ClickUp

    • ClickUp is a versatile online tool that can be used for project management, task tracking, and collaboration. It offers features such as customisable task lists, calendars, time tracking, goal setting, and file sharing. ClickUp is designed to help teams improve their productivity and stay organised by providing a centralised location for all project-related activities. It is suitable for teams of any size and can be used across various industries.

  • Coby and Brittanie can't go without the Notes app on their phones

    • The notes app on your smartphone allows you to quickly jot down and organise your thoughts, ideas, and reminders on the go. You can also share notes easily with other users on the same operating system as you (ie iPhone users can share Notes with each other, Samsung with each other, etc), as well as set reminders, and attach photos, videos, and documents to notes. Additionally, you can access your notes across multiple devices and platforms, making it a useful tool for productivity, brainstorming, and archiving.

  • Kerri highly rates Slack when used with integrations

    • Slack is a messaging app designed for teams to simplify communication and collaboration. It provides a platform for team members to exchange messages, share files, and stay in sync across multiple devices. Slack can be integrated with a variety of other tools to enhance team productivity and streamline workflows. At DLL, we have Slack integrated with Dropbox, Hubspot, Zoom, Outlook and ClickUp. These integrations allow users to access and share information from other apps directly within Slack, minimising the need to switch between multiple tools. This integration capability makes Slack a powerful tool for teams to stay organised and efficient.
